New Publishing Partnership between the American Fisheries Society and Oxford University Press

Under the agreement, Rowman & Littlefield will produce, distribute, market, and sell Brookings Institution Press titles. Brookings Institution Press will continue to be responsible for acquisitions and editorial review. Clarke & Esposito had the privilege of working with Brookings to help broker this noteworthy arrangement.

C&E Final OA Monograph Supply Chain Mapping Report Released

It is based on information collected in 2020 through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews with stakeholders and subject-matter experts representative of the supply chain. The report was funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.

C&E Announces Editorial Honoraria Benchmarking Study in Biomedicine

Clarke & Esposito (C&E) announces the development of a multi-client benchmarking study focused on editorial honoraria and other related editorial metrics. The aim of the study is to provide participants with information to make better evidenced-based decisions related to journal publishing. The study is open to all society-owned journals, whether published independently or via a publishing services agreement with a commercial publisher. The initial study cohort will be focused on biomedical journals but we plan to open it up to other disciplines later in the year. If you are interested in participating, please let us know by April 30th, 2021.
