Society for Investigative Dermatology Renews Publishing Partnership with Elsevier

The Society for Investigative Dermatology has renewed its publishing partnership with Elsevier following a competitive review process managed by C&E for the society’s journals, Journal of Investigative Dermatology and JID Innovations.
C&E advised SID throughout the publisher evaluation and negotiation process, supporting the society as it assessed strategic priorities, publishing models, and partnership opportunities in a changing scholarly communication environment.
The renewed agreement continues a long-standing collaboration between SID and Elsevier while supporting SID’s transition toward a digital-first publishing model and the continued development of its journals within the global dermatology research community.
