C&E is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our fully remote and growing consulting firm. This is a hands-on, early-career role supporting both our consulting work and our firm’s marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with the Practice Lead for Marketing & Digital to help execute marketing initiatives while also providing marketing and research support for select client engagements. This role offers direct exposure to how marketing, digital strategy, and consulting come together in real client contexts.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn quickly, build practical B2B marketing skills, and gain experience in a consulting environment at the cutting edge of modern marketing and digital strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, and comfortable learning new tools and processes, with an interest in supporting strategic work through strong execution, coordination, and analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Marketing operations and technology — maintain and administer HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Hub), GA4, and integrations across our systems to streamline workflows and drive data-driven decisions
- Digital marketing systems and processes — implement and maintain workflows, tools, and measurement to support website performance, content marketing, social, and firm newsletters
- Brand and content development — support brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity while developing and maintaining core content assets, including proposals and presentations, proof points and case libraries, and firm credentials, to ensure clear and consistent articulation of who C&E is and what makes us distinctive
- Day-to-day digital execution — manage website updates, content publishing, social media posting, and email/newsletter production
- Multi-channel campaigns across web, email, social, and paid media — co-plan and execute campaigns, measuring and optimizing performance throughout
- Consulting engagement support — provide administrative, project coordination, and research support for select client engagements, helping teams stay organized and on track
- Consulting operations — assist with systems and processes for business development support, knowledge and information management, and internal coordination across consulting engagements.
What We’re Looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally in professional services, consulting, or B2B environments (relevant internships or graduate work count)
- Solid foundational marketing skills — able to connect positioning, content, and execution across channels with guidance
- Experience supporting digital campaigns across web, email, social, and paid media, with exposure to measurement and optimization
- Hands-on experience with marketing systems and automation — particularly HubSpot and GA4, including basic workflows, reporting, and integrations (Bonus: HubSpot and/or GA certifications)
- Systems-minded and technically confident — comfortable working with dashboards, automations, and structured tools to improve marketing and operational workflows
- Content marketing experience — able to turn insights, events, and ideas into engaging content and campaigns (Bonus: light design or video editing, sales enablement materials)
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills — experience managing timelines, vendors, and deliverables; budget exposure a plus
- Collaborative, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns quickly
- Proficient with core tools, including Microsoft Office, Canva, Airtable, Asana, and generative AI tools
Compensation
- Salary range: $US55,000–$75,000 per year, with opportunity for performance bonus. Based on US rates; geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Salary reflects experience and scope of responsibilities.
- Benefits: Medical insurance, 401k participation, short-term disability, generous paid time off, sick leave.
- The role is fully remote.
