Marketing Lead

Olivia Holway is the Marketing Lead at Clarke & Esposito, where she supports firm marketing initiatives and contributes to client engagements in Marketing and Digital Experience practice. She brings six years of experience in marketing strategy, content creation, and analytics, with a focus on building thoughtful, data-informed campaigns that drive results.

Olivia’s background spans both in-house and agency roles, supporting B2B and B2C organizations. She also spent four years running her own business, partnering with small to mid-sized companies to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at growing their brand and online presence.

Her experience includes content creation, social media strategy, website management, performance analytics, and paid media and search. She enjoys blending creativity with analytics and is particularly interested in how emerging technologies like AI are shaping the future of marketing. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship from Meredith College.

In her spare time, Olivia enjoys exploring North Carolina and sharing her experiences on her blog, as well as reading, visiting local restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time with her family.
