Rose Pintaudi-Jones is a marketing and publishing leader specializing in customer engagement, audience development, digital marketing, and marketing operations. At Clarke & Esposito, she works within the Marketing, Digital, and Customer Experience Practice, helping clients at different stages of their marketing transformation strengthen how they plan, execute, and optimize modern marketing programs.
Rose’s expertise centers on campaign strategy and management, helping organizations build the processes, systems, and frameworks needed to plan, prioritize, and execute integrated, high-performing campaigns at scale. She works with teams to establish campaign planning as a strategic discipline—creating greater visibility, alignment, and operational efficiency across marketing activity. She also brings deep expertise in campaign mapping, translating high-level strategy into actionable plans that connect customer touchpoints across channels and journey stages through to measurement and optimization. In addition, Rose specializes in guiding teams through the organizational change, new ways of working, and process transformation required for successful marketing technology adoption.
Prior to consulting, Rose served as Director of Customer Engagement & Audience Development at Oxford University Press (OUP), where she was a key member of the leadership team driving the Academic division’s digital marketing transformation. She led campaign planning, customer data strategy, and digital channel execution across a global team of digital marketing specialists. In this role, she helped build scalable marketing capabilities while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaborative problem solving.
