American College of Cardiology Renews its agreement to publish the JACC journals with Elsevier

Clarke & Esposito is pleased to have represented the American College of Cardiology (ACC) in negotiating a favorable renewal of its publishing services agreement with Elsevier. The agreement includes ACC’s flagship, Journal of the American College of Cardiology (JACC), as well as nine other JACC-branded journals – including support for the launch of JACC Advances, a new open access journal.
This renewal agreement extends the landmark deal between the ACC and Elsevier brokered by C&E in 2017.
